Nidec KDS Global Service Journey in Kazakhstan

Since 2024, the after-sales service team of Nidec KDS has launched a technical support journey spanning thousands of miles. In the first half and second half of 2024, as well as in June 2025, the after-sales service team went to Kazakhstan three times to provide comprehensive services and traction machine maintenance training for local elevator agents. At the important project sites in the two cities of Almaty and Astana, we have witnessed our original aspiration of conveying trust through technology and creating value through service.

We went deep into local project sites to conduct systematic training on the installation, commissioning, daily maintenance and fault handling of traction machines. Combined with on-site practical demonstrations, we helped the maintenance teams of agents quickly master the core technical points. At the same time, we conducted comprehensive inspection and maintenance on the elevators that have been put into use, and ensured the stable operation of each elevator traction machine with strict standards. Facing different working conditions and customer needs, we flexibly adjusted the plans and solved practical problems with customized services, which have won high praise from local partners.
