    Job Responsibilities

    1. Software development for new motor controller products (software flow chart, code development, etc.);
    2. Motor controller new product software testing;
    3. Maintain and update the motor controller software that has been mass-produced;

    5. Controller related software development.


    Qualifications

    1. Responsible for the development of motor controller product IGBT;
    2. Responsible for the hardware solution design and key component selection of motor controller products;
    3. Evaluate existing products and projects;
    4. Draw circuit board and PCB diagrams, and prepare circuit board-related process and debugging documents;
    5. Guide circuit board debugging and solve technical problems in the production and after-sales process.


    Job requirements

    1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, power electronics, control, vehicle engineering and other related majors;
    2. More than three years of hardware design experience, familiar with control circuits and products, experience in high-voltage circuits is preferred;
    3. Proficient in using AD software, proficient in digital circuits and analog circuits, and proficient in IGBT, MOSFET and driver applications;

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for the development, cost control and business negotiation of parts suppliers for new projects;
    2. According to the annual cost reduction task, be responsible for following up on mass production material cost reduction projects;

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Promote the improvement of suppliers' overall capabilities to fully meet our company's quality, cost, delivery and other needs.
    2. Follow up on daily improvement activities of suppliers and visit the factory to track the implementation of improvement measures when necessary.
    3. Complete regular supplier audits and daily performance management.
    4. Complete the review and introduction of new product suppliers.
    5. Complete supplier APQP/PPAP.
    6. Promote the analysis of supplier problems and track and implement corrective measures.
    7. Promote the optimization of suppliers’ manufacturing processes.
    8. Assist procurement to follow up with suppliers to resolve major issues affecting production in terms of delivery, cost, and quality.


    Job requirements

    1. More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management in the machinery manufacturing industry, with priority given to motors, electronic controls, and reducer products. 2. Familiar with TS16949 / ISO9001 / ISO14001 system; master 5 major tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
    3. Understand Lean Six Sigma, experience in lean improvement is preferred, and Six Sigma green belts are preferred.
    4. Good problem-solving skills, proficient in structured analysis tools such as 8D and 5WHY.
    5. Good team spirit and communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Output the project development quality plan, lead the project team to promote quality work throughout the project development stage in accordance with the APQP process, complete the review and approval of APQP outputs, and ensure that project development achieves the expected quality goals;
    2. Lead the project team to complete PPAP and Safe Launch as planned;
    3. Audit the entire development process and output an audit report;
    4. Work with the SQE team to promote supplier PPAP and resolve quality issues.


    Qualifications

    1. 5 years of experience in project development quality management in the machinery manufacturing industry, with priority given to the motor industry.
    2. Understand the basic principles of electromechanical products and related testing methods and standards.
    3. Be familiar with the TS16949/ISO9001/ISO14001 system and understand the NPD process.
    4. Proficient in five major tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
    5. Understand Six Sigma design and be proficient in problem analysis tools such as 8D and 5WHY.
    6. Good logical thinking and communication skills.
